Together, with Dr. Marc Miller and Bettie Ringma, we organized the first "Punk Art" exhibition in Washington DC, at the Washington Project for the Arts. This is a painting of "Bettie and the Ramones", 4'x 6' oil on canvas, it was Autographed by the band at CBGB's (Tommy was still with the group).The painting was published in "Art in America" July-August 1978. The brown bag is the invitation for the WPA Exibition and the "Smashed Mona"on the bag, is published in "Mona Lisa's" by Rosemary Story, (Harry Abrams).
